We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional to manage both business and personal matters. This role is key to ensuring daily operations run smoothly, allowing a more strategic focus on business priorities.
Schedule:
8 hours per day Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal and professional schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and important events.
- Organize travel arrangements: bookings, itineraries, and necessary documentation.
- Handle and organize emails and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate personal tasks (payments, shopping, family events, etc.).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Act as a liaison with suppliers, clients, and other collaborators.
- Manage daily administrative and logistical tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Availability to handle unforeseen tasks outside of regular work hours.
