4. Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics and strategies as necessary.
5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and customer requirements.
7. Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity sectors.
2. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT solutions, cybersecurity products, and current industry trends.
3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving team success.
4. Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Results-Oriented: A driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Education: Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
