About the Company
We are a dynamic and growing real estate business specializing in property rentals and
house flipping. Our team manages multiple renovation projects, property listings, and
tenant inquiries while maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism. We
are seeking a skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and help streamline
operations.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling.
- Coordinate appointments for property showings and meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all ongoing projects.
Project Coordination:
- Track expenses for each house flip.
- Coordinate schedules with contractors and vendors.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Bookkeeping and Financial Management:
- Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Provide financial summaries and reports for ongoing projects.
Marketing and Listings:
- Create, edit, and post property listings on platforms like Zillow and Facebook
Marketplace.
- Manage social media accounts and marketing campaigns for properties.
- Design and prepare promotional materials.
Property Management:
- Respond to tenant inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in automating tenant applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain tenant records and rental statistics.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both written and verbal communication).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and project records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Must have access to a reliable laptop and Wi-Fi.
Preferred but not required
- Experience in real estate, property management, or project coordination.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks) or financial management
tools.
- Experience working with contractors or in construction/renovation projects.
